性质:又称涌浪。泵及其管路系统由于小流量,液流在泵内脱液而形成的自振,表现为压力、流量周期性的变化,泵与管路系统产生激烈振动及低沉噪声。例如:当离心泵性能曲线为驼峰状时,由于工况点不稳而可能发生喘振。喘振现象是十分有害的,造成机器振动,噪声加剧,严重时造成机器损坏等严重事故。
