性质:又称主次因素分析图。它是找出影响产品质量主要因素的一种简单而有效的方法。20世纪初,意大利经济、统计学家帕累托(pareto)首创,也称帕累托图。以后美国质量管理专家朱兰把该图应用到质量管理工作中。作质量分析时,尽管影响产品质量最关键的往往是少数几项,而它造成的不良品数却占总数的绝大部分,一般其比例为0~80%称A类。其中占80%~90%,称B类,90%~100%称C类。在B类中,项数多,但累计不良品数所占比例仅为10%。在C类中,项数更多,但累计不良品数所占比例也仅为10%。A类称影响产品质量的主要因素,B为次要因素,C为一般因素。
