In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of maritime search and rescue,a computer-aided search area model is set up.
为提高海上搜救的准确性和效率,通过计算海流、风生流、风压差等对搜寻目标的影响,预测搜寻基准,并考虑位置总或然误差、可用搜寻力量和覆盖因数等,对搜寻辅助系统中的关键部分——搜寻区域确定进行研究,建立搜寻区域确定模型,编制相应计算机辅助程序。

通过对宁波舟山港海上交通的实况调查,分析了宁波舟山港海上搜救的现状及存在问题,提出了适合港口一体化建设的海上搜救体系新模式,并对实施新模式应解决的主要问题进行了相关探讨。
