〖调料/腌料〗:咖喱粉1茶匙,黄姜粉1茶匙,鱼露1汤匙,生抽1茶匙,蜜糖1汤匙,玫瑰露酒1汤匙,柠檬汁1汤匙,花奶3汤匙,食用油500克

操作: 1、春鸡洗净去黄衣沥干。

2、将其他材料捣碎和调料拌匀,均匀涂在春鸡身上以及内腔,腌制2小时。

3、将春鸡身上的腌料抹掉、晾干,用中温油一边淋油在鸡身上,一边炸至鸡熟透。
