农村劳动力市场(rural labour markets)农村劳动力买卖场所和领域。是在商品交换与货币流通范围扩大以及农民内部分化的过程中产生和发展起来的。在资本主义制度中，少数人集中了大量土地，发财致富，上升为农业资本家;大多数农民则贫穷破产，其中一部分人被迫流入城市，成为工业后备军，另一部分成为农业雇佣工人。但是.这种分化过程比较缓慢，跟不上资本主义发展的要求。于是资产阶级便借助手中的国家权力，用最野蛮的手段对小农进行剥夺，实行资本的原始积累。结果一方面使生产资料(主要是土地)迅速集中在少数农业资本家手中:另一方面使大量农民摆脱了人身依附于土地的状况.资本的原始积累，加速了农民与土地相分离的过程，从而加速了雇佣劳动者阶级和资本家阶级的形成;劳动力具备了成为商品的条件，以商品的形态出现，劳动力市场相应形成。在近代一些资本主义国家中，生产竞争愈来愈激烈，工人作为劳动力资源的所有者，也卷入竞争的洪流。在竞争的过程中，大批工人被解雇而失业，劳动力市场内的竞争也愈益激烈。在资本主义条件下，农村劳动力作为买卖对象，变成特殊商品(劳动力商品，有两种情况:一种是丧失土地和生产资料，不得不靠出卖劳动力为生的无产者;另一种是占有少量上地和生产资料的小农，除了自耕以外，还要靠出卖部分或大部分劳动力才能维持生活。由这两种劳动力的出卖者形成的农村劳动力市场，具有季节性和伸缩性的特点。 在社会主义条件下，农民拥有土地的所有权或使用权，消天了地主、资产阶级的雇佣劳动制。但农村仍然存在个体经济和雇工现泉，并在一定条件下和一定范[$1内存在某种劳动力市场、社会主义条件下的农村劳动力市场，不是农业资本家与丧失生产资料的无产者进行劳动力买卖的场所，而主要是劳动者之间采取雇佣形式进行劳动力余缺调剂、季节性互助以及传授技术等活动的场所。社会主义有计划的商品经济在发展过程中，要求在城乡开辟多种市场.包括消费品市场、生产资料市场、金融市场、技术市场和劳务市场等。各种市场相互配合，发展经济的活力和各种经济杠杆的作用得以显示出来。(刘光玉)
