原料配方 咸青萝方50公斤 咸胡萝卜50公斤 酱同40公斤 味精0.2公斤 糖精0.015公斤

制作方法 将咸青萝卜,胡萝卜擦成2×2毫米的长丝,拌匀后放入缸中,倒入配好铺料的酱油浸渍,每隔2天倒一次缸,7天后即为成品。

质量标准 色新鲜,丝长均匀,质脆味香。
