春色无限牛油果沙律
主 料：
牛油果2个，板豆腐1块，中虾约350克，番茄1个，西芹粒2汤匙，沙律酱3汤匙。
配 料：
调味料：盐、糖各1/4茶匙，胡椒粉适量。
做 法：
1、 牛油果用水冲净，抹干，剖开两半，取出果核，将果肉挖出，切粗粒，保留果壳作盛器。
2、 豆腐切粒，放入滚水中烫两分钟，沥干水分，番茄去皮除籽，切粒，虾连壳洗净，挑去肠，焯熟，去壳。
3、 将各材料同放大碗中，加入西芹粒、调味粒、沙律酱拌匀，放入牛油果壳内便成。
备 注：
番茄洗净，在顶部轻切十字，放入滚水中浸片刻，番茄皮便很容易除去。
我做的凉拌双色牛油果也不错
左边一半是用卡夫的低脂miracle whip拌的，大家随便到洋人超市选一种salad dressing，自己喜欢就好。右边是拌的酱油芥末。小猪比较喜欢酱油芥末的，我嘛，都喜欢，呵呵
