性质:硅和钼的化合物。通常硅和钼按不同的配比在不同的工艺条件下反应可生成三种化合物。其化学式为:Mo3Si,Mo5Si3和MoSi2。MoSi2属四方晶系,密度为6.3g/cm3,熔点2030℃,常温下电阻为21.6μΩ·cm,高温时抗氧化性能良好。主要用作1700℃以下的氧化气氛中的发热元件。
