职业技能换型(ehanging of voeationa-skills type)人们主动地不断改变自己的职业技能，以适应变化了的职业活动结构的需要。职业技能的换型，既有客观原因，也有主观因素。主要表现在以下四个方面:(l)科学技术的迅速发展，新兴技术和相应的新兴产业的不断涌现，使人们不断地面临着新的选择，随之而来的必然是人们职业技能的换型。(2)产业结构的急剧变化和随之而来的职业流动，也迫使转行改业的人们去掌握新的职业技能。(3)新技术、新工艺的不断采用，也迫使人们去学习新的职业技能以适应新的职业环境和新的生产方式，从而避免失业的威胁。(4)随着社会的现代化和人的个性的全面发展，也会使人们的职业需要、职业动机、职业理想和职业兴趣更加多样和丰富，因此谋求新的职业或进行二次择业便会成为社会的普遍现象，这也是人们主动进行职业技能换型的重要原因。 (张燕逸撰张交审)
