性质:又称岩白菜宁,矮茶素。白色疏松的针状结晶性粉末,无臭,味苦。系香豆精类化合物。熔点238℃。UVmax:275,220nm(lgε3.92,4.42)。旋光度-37.7°(c=1.96,乙醇),-37.25°(H2O)。大量溶于水,溶于醇。从水中析出的单水合物结晶为棱柱状晶体,熔点138~140℃,微溶于水,大量溶于醇。可以还原银氨溶液和费林溶液(Fehling’s soln.)。遇三氯化铁溶液显紫色。存在于Saxifraga (Bergenia) crassifolia L.的根与S.sibirica L.Saxifragaceae的茎中。具有抗菌消炎,扩张支气管,止咳,抗结核等作用。用于慢性支气管炎。少数病人服用后出现头痛、头晕、腹痛、腹泻等不良反应。
