In this study, 197 normal university biology teachers and 101 normal university teachers from 6 different municipalities were investigated through questionnaires, 10 of them were also individually interviewed.
本研究以四川省高师生物学教师职后培养为主题,主要采用问卷调查法、访谈法、走访观察法、文献综述法等研究方法,从理论和实践两个方面展开,分析比较了国内外教师职后教育的现状。
