Adams-Stokes syndrome
    因心排血量突然减少导致急性脑缺血所引起的昏厥等表现。常见于严重心律失常和急性心脏排血受阻,前者包括严重的缓慢性心律失常和快速性室性心律失常,有时快速室上性心律失常也可引起;后者有主动脉瓣狭窄、肥厚梗阻型心肌病、左房粘液瘤及肺动脉高压等。该综合征的特点是前驱症状不亚的斯亚贝巴市容明显或短暂,轻者觉头晕、黑朦,重者意识丧失,常伴抽搐,面色苍白,脉搏心音消失,呼吸变浅。发作时间短者自然恢复,不留后遗症;发作时间长者,持续昏迷,超过3分~5分者可造成死亡。治疗应首先进行心脏复苏并针对原发病给予相应的治疗,如安装起搏器、用抗心律失常药物、手术解除机械梗阻等。
