According to Chen,P-C(1963)system, through taxonomic study on Ditrichaceae and Fissidentaceae of Guizhou University and specimens collected from the natural reserves and counties within Guizhou Province,the number of which is 800 and they are kept in the Botanical Specimen Room of Guizhou University.
按陈邦杰等(1963)分类系统,通过对贵州大学植物学标本馆馆藏干标本及采自贵州境内各自然保护区、各县的新鲜标本(共计800余份,现存放于贵州大学植物学标本室GACP)的鉴定,现知贵州省境内有牛毛藓科苔藓植物4属10种1变种(含存疑种)。

蒜泥牛舌
原料: 原 料：
牛舌500克，蒜25克，葱结5克，姜片5克，酱油5克，醋5克，味精2克，干辣椒5克，精盐10克，白糖10克，花生油50克，花椒10粒。
制法: （1）将牛舌洗涤干净，放沸水中烫过，刮去白皮，放入锅中，加水、葱结、姜片用中火煮熟，晾凉后切成薄片，装入盘中。
（2）将炒锅上中火，干辣椒切成末，连同花椒放入锅内炸出香味，再加入精盐、味精、酱油、醋、白糖和少许牛舌肠，放入拍碎的蒜泥，调和均匀，浇于牛舌上即成。
特点: 口味咸鲜，蒜香味浓，牛舌软嫩。
