药理作用: 能降低血氨水平,用于肝昏迷,适用于忌钠患者。也适用于其它原因引起血氨过高所致的精神病状。
用法用量: 静滴:1次15-20g,以5%葡萄糖液500-1000ml稀释,滴注宜慢(每次4小时以上来)。
注意事项: (1)用其盐酸盐,可引起高氯性酸血症,肾功能不全者忌用。(2)滴注太快可引起流涎、潮红、呕吐等。
规格: 注射液:5g(20ml)。
