制法:

1.将黄瓜洗净,切去两头,再切成小滚刀块,放大碗内加盐拌匀,腌片刻,轻轻挤去水分。

2.用水将腐竹泡胀,洗净,切成3厘米长段,下开水锅中氽一下,再用凉水过凉,捞起挤干。

3.将黄瓜、腐竹与精盐、味精、香油拌匀装盘即可。
