原料/调料]
白饭 1碗
牛肉 30公克
洋葱丝 30公克
黄豆芽 少许
菠菜 少许
白芝麻 1小匙
韩式泡菜 少许
萝蔔泡菜 少许
蛋 1颗
韩式辣椒酱 1大匙
香油 1大匙
[制作流程]
(1)将牛肉切丝，用少许太白粉略腌一下，再与洋葱丝拌匀备用。
(2)黄豆芽、菠菜用少许盐及水汆烫至熟，捞起后再拌入白芝麻及少许香油即可。
(3)石锅烧热，先倒入1大匙香油，再倒入白饭，上面摆入牛肉、韩式泡菜、萝蔔泡菜、黄豆芽、菠菜，再将蛋打入，一起焖烧2分钟后，将韩式辣椒酱放入，再一起拌匀后即可食用。
如果没有石锅的话，可将洋葱丝及牛肉丝一起炒熟取代生牛肉丝，蛋也可煎成荷包蛋替代。
