   K.勒温1936年提出的心理学理论。他用拓扑学和物理学的概念(场、力、区域、向量等)描述人在周围环境中的行为。他的基本概念是生活空间,认为个人活动于其中的空间是一个心理场。这个场内的全部情况决定着某一时间内的个人行为。生活空间所包括的是个人和个人感知到的他人和客体 。生活空间可以分解为个人和环境两个主要成分 。行为(B)是个人(P)和环境(E)的函数,用公式表达即:BfPE)。
    勒温的场论后来应用到社会心理学问题上。他的团体动力学概念就是场论的应用。正如个人与其环境构成心理场一样,群体与其环境构成社会场,群体的特征在于其成员的动力相互依赖性。群体具有凝聚力和破坏力,破坏力来自于群体成员间妨害沟通的大障碍。个人受欢迎或受排斥依赖于群体内各种效价的性质。
