大连交通大学爱恩国际学院创办于1998年7月,前身是大连铁道学院拉筹伯高等技术学院，隶属留学生部。2002年10月更名为爱恩国际学院，并成为独立的中外合作办学单位。校舍建筑面积二万一千多平方米，校区坐落在大连市沙河口区中长街38号。 几年来通过中、外双方合作办学部门精心组织、严格管理、细心培养，目前已具备了一定的办学规模和较高的办学水准，有较好的办学场所，有较先进的现代化教学条件和设施，有一支素质高、能力强的教学与管理队伍。使办学水平和社会声誉日益提高，受到了上级主管部门及学生、家长、社会的认可。在2000年、2004年辽宁省教育厅组织的中外合作办学评估中，两度被评为优秀中外合作办学单位。 爱恩国际学院现有三种中外合作办学模式： “3+2”本科教育：专业为计算机科学与技术、会计学； 高等职业技术教育：专业为计算机软件技术； 非学历专科教育：专业为计算机软件技术、国际商务会计。 学院现有独立的现代化语音室3个，微机室6个，多媒体教室8个。 截止2005年月12月31日，学院共有全日制本、专科生1373人，其中本科生484人。教职工29人，其中专任教师12人。同时每学年，学校均指派50人次左右教师，加上我们聘请的15人次左右外籍教师，共同为我院本科生授课。 在教学上，积极引进国外的优质教育资源及先进的办学理念与管理模式，采用“专业+英语+现代化技能”的复合型培养模式，突出英语、计算机应用技能培养，注重学生的实际能力与应用能力。三分之一专业课程由国外教师授课，让学生接受最先进的国际化教育是我们中外合作办学的鲜明特色。学生每年出国英语考试通过率达95%以上，国家英语四、六级考试一次通过率始终名列全校前茅，并超过重点院校的平均通过率。 学院十分注重开展广泛的国际交流与合作。1998年与澳大利亚拉筹伯大学、北墨尔本高等技术学院合作，2001年与澳大利亚的爱恩国际教育集团五所大学合作，2003年又与澳大利亚斯文本大学、阿德雷德大学，英国的曼彻斯特都市大学、布鲁内尔大学、密德萨斯大学，美国的莱特州立大学合作，取得了良好的效果，为学生出国留学提供了更加广阔的自由空间。几年来先后有281名学生出国留学（其中本科生118人），继续攻读本科及研究生学位，遍布在澳大利亚、英国、美国、新加坡、马来西亚等国家的十几所大学。
