The author analyzes the current judge relieving system of our nation by firstly defining the concept of judge impeachment on the basis of comparing different models of America, Germany and Japan.
笔者从明确法官弹劾的概念入手,在比较美国、德国、日本三种不同的法官弹劾模式的基础上,对我国现行有关法官免职制度进行分析,结合我国实际与他国经验,对于我国法官弹劾制度的构架提出一些思考,认为法官弹劾制度的建立必须以法为据,其实行应有法定的启动原因为前提,以专门机关的实施为条件。
