儿童健康评价(。valuati。n of。hildr。n，Shealth)判断一名儿童是否健康，般从生理和心理两方面进行检验。标准为:(l)儿童形态发育。如体重、身长符合相应年龄标准，或略高于该年龄水平，身体各器官发育正常、功能正常。(2)动作发展。包括头、颈、胸、背、四肢的发育和动作发展均达到正常。(3))匕童智力发展水平。如韦克斯勒的智力测验分数在90分或90分以上。(4)适应环境能力。儿童能够在现实生活环境中正常生活，无困难。评价方法有:(l)指数法。人体是一个整体，身体的各部分有一定比例关系，可用数学公式来表示。(2)离差法。将个体儿童发育数值和作为标准的均值作比较，评价儿童发育状况。(3)年龄增加百分数，(4)相关法。利用回归线和相关系数评价个体发育。(5)发育年龄评定法。根据儿童各方面的发育程度与标准发育年龄进行比较得出的发育评价。(6)各种儿童智力量表和社会性发展量表。 (白学军撰林索德审)
