与贸易有关的投资措施协议(Agreement on Trade Related Investment Measures)。
由9个条款和1个附件组成。该协议包括适用范围、国民待遇与数量限制、例外、过渡安排、磋商与争端解决等内容，其核心是取消一切与WTO国民待遇规则和取消数量限制规则不一致的投资措施。该协议要求对外来投资所给予的国内税收待遇和国内规章待遇不得低于本国同类投资；不得采用可导致限制或禁止其他缔约方产品输入或向其他缔约方输出产品的投资措施，如当地要素投入比例要求、对设备的特别要求、设备用途上的限制、外汇平衡要求、最低出口要求等。
该协议规定在协议生效后发展中国家在5年内，发达国家在2年内，最不发达国家在7年内取消一切与国民待遇条款和取消数量限制条款不一致的投资措施，为增加透明度，各缔约方必须完全公开其所实施的投资措施；该协议还规定在特定情况下可适当实施有违于国民待遇条款和取消数量限制条款的投资措施。
