Portfolio evaluation first appeared in the early 1990 s, when educators abroad began to use portfolio to judge students work.
档案袋评价出现在二十世纪九十年代早期，国外教育界开始利用档案袋评价学生，并逐渐以学生档案袋作为评价的基础，向家长汇报学生的学习进展情况。
