员工参与(employee partieipation)一种管理制度。它是指组织每当提出一项变革措施之前，就广泛地征求和接纳员工的意见，让员工参与决策;在变革过程中，让员工分担责任，贡献能力、参与决策的实现。员工参与制度，一方面能减少管理中决策上的失误;另一方面也是对员工的激励，增加对组织的关心，并使员工易于接受组织变革，减少阻力。研究表明，员工参与不但有利组织变革、推行新措施，而且还能激发全体员工的上进心，提高工作的满足感。 (孙俊山撰张燮审)
