Having the honor to read masterpiece about Luyang dialects, collecting Lushang dialects and custom in the book of "Mozi", summarizing the situation of argument on the idea that Mozi Liji lies in east or west of Lu country.

In this paper, the author, with a lot of examples, expounds that the linguisticsvacancy, traditional customs, local folkways and rhetoric means are the leading factors that cause thelimitations in translation practice.
