下坝尾典型民居住宅　位于西畴县城南郊5千米下坝尾村，占地面积4000平方米，系清光绪年间地方富豪的住宅。分东、西两个宅院，西宅为两个四合院组成，属清代乡间豪门典型民居建筑，东宅距西宅20米，为三合院，是民国初年仿法式民居住宅，由单间、过厅、花厅、厢房等组成。正房面阔16米，穿斗式梁架。整个住宅大方严谨，古朴典雅。
