(1)海鲜火锅高汤粉 1/2小匙
(2)盐、糖、太白粉 各少许
(3)香油、白胡椒粉 各少许
制作：
(1)所有材料洗净，花枝刻花後切小片，鱼肉切小块，草菇切半，芥蓝修整去老叶，姜和红萝蔔切片备用。
(2)先煮沸一锅水将油面汆烫捞起置於碗中，再将其他材料分别入锅烫熟捞起沥乾水份备用。
(3)另一锅中放入适量水及调味料(1)煮开之後，即可倒入汤碗中。
(4)作法(2)汆烫好的材料放入炒锅中，加少许作法(3)的高汤及调味料(2)拌炒勾薄芡，即可起锅一一排列於汤面上即可。
海鲜火锅高汤粉，可以盐少许、鲜鸡粉1/4小匙、胡椒粉少许来替代调味。
