开展群众性体育锻炼、竞赛活 动以及考评的基本依据和标准。 《军人体育锻炼标准》分总则、分 组和项目设置、考核与评定标 准、奖励、附则，共5章16条。主要 内容有： ①军人体育锻炼的目的、 对象和组．织实施的部门。明确 规定主要目的是通过体育锻 炼，全面提高官兵的体质水平， 为提高部队战斗力服务。规定 全军部队、院校、机关的所有 军人都要参加锻炼和接受考陶伟摄 评。在各级首长领导下，由部队的训练部门和院校的教务部门组织实施，政治部门和后勤部门协助做好保障工作。部队、院校每天须进行正课1小时(飞行人员1．5小时)和_甲|操时间的体育训练。业余时间和节假日，也要有计划、有组织地开展体育锻炼活动。 ②军人体育锻炼的标准和项『三l。明确规定不同人员执行不矧的锻炼标准，即舰艇人员执行“舰艇人员体育锻炼标准”，飞行人员执行“飞行人员体育锻炼标准”，驻海拔2 5()(】米以上部队执行“高原标准”，其 装甲兵工程学院按照《军人体育锻炼标准》 纽织学员进行体育锻炼他人员执行“陆军体育锻炼标准”，并按不同年龄、性别划分为13个小绢分别组织进行。锻炼项目包括阳赛、径赛、体操、障碍、格斗、军事体育技能和军事体育特项等。 ③军人体育锻炼的考核和评定标准。明确规定达标基层单位的考核，由团或团(旅)级单位组织实施。团(旅)级单位的考核，由师或师级单位组织实施。考核应在-年内集中时间考完应考项日，并进行达标等级评定和上报工作。参加考核者所考项目均须达到及格以上成绩，才能进行等级评定。根据efL位所属人员考核成绩计算达标率，以单位达标率评定分队、团(旅)达标等级。 ④奖励办法。明确规定经考核验收，南上级单位对达标的个人、分队和团(旅)给予表彰、奖励。达到先进达标标准的团(旅)，由总参ijil部通报表扬并发给奖状(旗)。连续3年达到先进达标团(旅)标准的单位，给予物质奖励。几达到优良成绩的单位、个人，二事车标有资格参加全国群众体育先进单位、训练先进单位和个人的评选;达到及准的军人，有资格报考军队院校。 此外，《军人体育锻炼标准》还对项目和评分细则、解释权等作了规定。 《军人体育锻炼标准》的颁布施行于促进部队体育训练的科学化、正规仕动群众性练兵活动的进一步开展，增】大官兵体质，提高部队战斗力其有积二促进作用。(薛志卫撇对推扩哟|Junren Tiyu DuQnlian Biaozhun《军人体育锻炼标准》(S tandards。vicemen physieal Training)1994年l日中国人民解放军总参谋部、总政治准颁发施行。是军队组织军事体育训、︸h上七么l注讨娜叫卜，J.J斤K日
