亦译“心理分析学派”。西方心理学主要流派之一。19世纪末弗洛伊德创立。认为人的心理可分为意识、前意识和无意识。无意识是人因某些本能欲望为世俗、法律所不容，受到压抑而产生的，它是心理活动的基本动力，决定人的全部生活。人的一切行为都受性本能冲动的支配。人的个性由本我、自我、超我组成，三者的矛盾斗争是引发精神病的原因。在心理治疗中主张通过回忆创伤性体验，宣泄被压抑的欲望而使疾病痊愈，还利用梦的分析、自由联想等方法。
