| 智力障碍 intellectual disorder 用标准化智力测验方法反复测定，智力有稳定性严重低下以至影响正常生活或工作的情况。因遗传或发育障碍造成自幼智力低常，称智力落后。后天因多种原因引起的智力障碍常称痴呆。后天继发性智力衰退，又称痴呆综合征，是在智力一度充分发展后由于大脑受病伤造成的智力退化现象。属此类者有：①老年性痴呆。一种始于老年期的进行性和不可逆性的心理衰退。②麻痹性痴呆。一种由于梅毒螺旋体侵入大脑发生的发展缓慢而累及全身的进行性心身衰退，又称全身性痴呆。但头颅外伤等削弱机体防御能力的因素也是发病诱因。 由于心理因素的作用或因为患有精神疾病，造成的智力衰退，也表现为痴呆症状。常见的有3类：①心因性假性痴呆。是因强烈的精神创伤而引起的一种智力障碍。②童样痴呆。表现为言语、行为等酷似幼童。③精神分裂症患者因疾病不断恶化而出现的一种特殊的痴呆状态。 |
