性质:肥大细胞表面有与IgE结合的特异性受体,结合后被活化,胞内嗜碱颗粒释放已生成的过敏介质,导致机体发生过敏性疾病。肥大细胞脱颗粒作用主要受胞内磷脂酰肌醇酯转化促使胞内钙离子浓度明显增高的影响。肥大细胞脱颗粒抑制剂分两类,即以色甘酸二钠为代表的酸性抗过敏药,和以酮替芬为代表的碱性抗过敏药。后者除抑制脱颗粒作用外还能直接拮抗肥大细胞嗜碱颗粒释放的过敏介质介导的过敏作用。
