Objective: Single unit recording was applied to investigate the change of the ocular dominance plasticity and proteome technique was applied to identify the proteins relating with ocular dominance plasticity or relating with the termination of the ocular dominance plasticity in the Long Evans rat’s primary visual cortex.

英文名：Long-Acting Norgestrel

适应症： 复方长效炔诺孕酮片（复方长效甲基炔诺酮）又称复甲二号片，每片内含甲炔诺酮１０ｍｇ和炔雌醚２ｍｇ。此两药配伍具有长效抑制排卵作用，服用１次可避孕２８天。
用量用法：
于月经第５天口服１片，第２５天服第２片，以后每隔２８天服１片。为保证避孕效果，服药开始３个月，每次服药时须加服炔雌醚０．３ｍｇ。
注意事项：
服后部分人可出现恶心、头晕、白带增多等不良反应。一般连服药几次后可不再出现或减轻。患有肝、肾疾病、高血压、子宫肌瘤、乳房肿块、哺乳期妇女及有糖尿病史者忌用。
