Objectives: To compare the different effect of XIFENGTONGLUO and YIQIHUOXUE on apoptosis of continuously ischemic gerbil brain.
熄风通络法与益气活血是常用治疗急性脑梗死的方法，本课题从分子水平比较了这两种治疗方法对沙土鼠持续性脑缺血后神经元凋亡的影响，以及从基因水平比较了对持续性脑缺血老龄高脂血症大鼠凋亡调控基因bcl-2、bax表达水平的影响，从而考察这两种治法在治疗急性脑梗死方面的意文。
