〖方源〗 《内外伤辨惑论·卷中·肺之脾胃虚方》
“治脾胃虚寒，心腹胀满及秋冬客寒犯胃，时作疼痛。”
〖组成〗 厚朴 姜制 陈皮去白，各一两（各9g） 甘草炙 茯苓去皮
草豆蔻仁 木香各五钱（各5g） 干姜七分（2g）
〖用法〗 合为粗散，每五钱匕（10g），水二盏，生姜三片，煮至一盏，去滓温服，食前。忌一切冷物。
〖方歌〗 厚朴温中陈草苓，干姜草蔻木香停，
煎服加姜治腹痛，虚寒胀满用皆灵。
〖主治〗 寒湿气滞证。脘腹胀满或疼痛，不思饮食，舌苔白腻，脉沉弦。
〖功用〗 行气温中，燥湿除满。
〖运用〗
1．本方主治寒湿气滞。以脘腹作痛，舌苔白腻为证治要点。
2．若兼身重肢浮者，可加腹皮以下气利水；痛甚者，加肉桂、良姜以温中散寒。
3．慢性胃炎、慢性肠炎、胃溃疡、妇女白带等属寒湿气滞者，均可加减用之。
