寒湿发黄
寒湿发黄 病证名。属于阴黄。见《证治汇补·黄病章》。指因寒湿郁滞，脾阳虚弱，胆液外渗引起之黄疸。身目发黄呈暗晦色，神疲畏寒，食欲不振，脘腹胀闷，大便不实，小便短少，脉沉濡或濡缓，舌淡苔腻。宜温中化湿，方选茵陈术附汤、茵陈四逆汤、理中汤加味方。参见黄疸、阴黄等条。
