寒入血室
寒入血室 病证名。见陆清洁《医药顾问大全·妇人科》。多因行经期间感受寒邪，其时血室正开，寒邪乘虚侵入血室，陷入冲脉，以致月经骤停，腹痛难忍，引及两胁，背寒，尿清长，不思饮食等。治宜温阳行血调经。方用桃仁桂枝汤。如失于治疗，病情加剧，则腹痛益剧，痛如刀绞，不能睡卧，面目俱青，四肢厥冷，或冷汗如雨，脉微欲绝者，治宜回阳救逆，急投参附汤，或独参汤之类。
