性质:又名右吗拉米。为白色无定形或微晶粉末。无臭,味苦。熔点180~184℃。旋光度+25.5°(c=5,苯)。溶于乙醇、氯仿,微溶于醚,几乎不溶于水和石油。其酒石酸盐熔点189~192℃(分解)。由3-甲基-4-吗啉代-2,2-二苯基丁腈为原料制得。为镇痛药,适用于中度及 重度疼痛。制剂有片剂、注射剂。副作用为长期服用可产生吗啡类药物的依赖性。
