The results confirmed that 55 and 50 chemical components were identified from micro-milling of the leaves of Celastrus rosthornianus Loes and ordinary pulverization of the leaves of Celastrus rosthornianus Loes,respectively.
采用有机溶剂-水蒸汽蒸馏提取短柄南蛇藤叶挥发性成分,用GC/MS进行分离测定,从短柄南蛇藤叶超微粉和普通粉中分别分离鉴定出55种和50种化学成分,分别占挥发油总量的87。
