This dissertation expounds the NIRS technology and the theory of steady spatial resolved spectroscopy (SRS), it also describes the application of this technique in the monitoring of free flaps after surgery and tries to resolve the main problems during the clinical practice, such as the design of instruments.

空间分辨力
影像学术语。图像中可辨认的邻接物体的空间几何尺寸的最小极限，即影像中细微结构的分辨能力。空间分辨力是由单位面积内像素的数目决定的，和像素的数目成正比。在数字成像方式中，即与图像的矩阵大小成正比。事实上，在数字成像方式中，图像是在监视器的屏幕上显示的，还与监视器屏的扫描线数目相关，通常用每毫米的线对数(LP/mm)表示。数字成像方式中，单位面积的像素数目远低于模拟成像方式者(如平片)，故数字成像影像(CT、MRI、DSA等)的空间分辨力也低于模拟方式者。
