| 格塞尔婴幼儿发展量表 Gesell Developmental Schedules 由美国心理学家A.格塞尔制定的婴幼儿发展测量工具。最初发表于1925年，后经几次修订。1974年修订版的测试对象为从出生至5岁的婴幼儿，测试时间约30分钟。测试内容分①应人能：测试幼儿对周围人的应答能力。②应物能：测试幼儿看物、摘物和绘画等能力。③言语能：测试幼儿听、理解和言语能力。④动作能：测试幼儿坐、步行和跳跃的能力。结果以发展商数评价幼儿的发展水平。格塞尔认为，所观察到的发展现象反映了中枢神经系统的成熟程序。这一理论受到各方面的肯定。 格塞尔量表可用于临床诊断，它不仅适用于测量幼儿的发展水平，而且还适用于伤残儿，被认为是婴幼儿智能测试的经典方法。20世纪60年代初，中国开始在临床上试用格塞尔量表。 |
