补充资料：人民公社化运动
1958年8月，中共中央通过了《关于在农村建立人民公社问题的决议》。随后，在全国掀起了人民公社化运动。10月底，全国农村实现公社化。原有的七十四万多个农业生产合作社改组成为二万六千多个人民公社，参加公社的农户有一亿二千万户，占全国农户的99%以上。由于人民公社化运动违反了生产关系要同生产力发展状况相适应的客观规律，妨碍和破坏了农业生产的发展。党的十一届三中全会后，农村实行家庭联产承包责任制。1983年10月中共中央、国务院发出通知，实行政社分开，到1984年底，全国建立了九万多个乡(镇)政府，农村人民公社制度已经不复存在。
