性质:又称阴极电沉积涂料,指以被涂物为阴极,用水性阳离子树脂作电泳涂装的涂料。主要品种有环氧树脂系列、丙烯酸树脂系列、聚氨酯树脂系列等。其特点是在阴极上没有金属溶解,因此可形成不含金属杂质的优质涂膜;耐盐雾性和耐潮性好;不易产生阴离子电泳中常发生的丝锈现象;保色、保光性好,能经受被涂钢板的熔接切割;涂膜防腐能力强。目前,大量用作汽车车身、部件的底漆。
