性质:又称法尼醇,无环倍半萜醇。油状,沸点111℃(46.6Pa),137℃(399.9Pa)。折射率1.4872。溶于大多数有机溶剂。广泛存在于多种植物挥发油中,如香茅油、橙花油、柠檬草油、玫瑰油、仙客来油、晚香玉油等。具盛甜鲜淡的花香,有蜜甜的玫瑰、铃兰气息,香气持久。由橙花椒酮经烯丙基重排而得。用于花香型、素心兰型日化香精,亦可用于食用香精起增浓、协调和稳定香气的作用。具有保幼激素功能。
