性质:用三价铝离子置换钇铁石榴石中一部分三价铁离子所形成的旋磁铁氧体。化学式Y3Fe5-xAlxO12。饱和磁化强度0.0225~0.15T。居里温度110~275℃。铁磁共振线宽2.8~6.4kA/m(9kHz)。介电常数11.7~16.0。介质损耗角正切值(2.5~4.0)×10-4。主要原料为三氧化二钇和氧化铝。采用电子陶瓷工艺,热压烧结或氮气氛烧结。随着铝含量的增加,饱和磁化强度和居里温度也随之下降。适用于制作S波段以下的频率范围的钇-铝石榴石型旋磁铁氧体器件。也可制成微带磁性的基片。
