Natural endowment is the general and relatively steady characteristics in a individual manifested in physique structure,physical function,psychological state and metabolism,which are based on inheritance and effected by inner and outer enviroment in the period of fetus or pregnancy.
禀赋是个体在先天遗传的基础上及胎孕期间内外环境的影响下,所表现出的形态结构、生理功能、心理状态和代谢方面综合的、相对稳定的特征。

An analysis on the natural endowment and the comprehensive application of the water resources in 31 provinces of China shows that the difference and the unbalance in water resource limit the development of the regional economy,and that the comprehensive application of the regional water resource is closely related to the capacity of the water conservancy facilities.
