原料:

主配料:芹菜叶200克、水发冬菇100克、面粉20克。

调料:精盐3克、白糖2克、色拉油500克(耗约40克)。

制法:

1、芹菜叶洗净,沥干水分。冬菇去柄,切成1厘米粗的条,沥干水分,加入面粉拌匀。

2、炒锅置中火上,加入色拉油烧至六成热,放入芹菜叶炸至变深墨绿色、发脆时捞出,再放入冬菇条炸至发脆时捞出。炒锅倒去油,将芹菜叶、冬菇条放入锅内,加入精盐、白糖、味精翻拌均匀,即可装盘。
