性质:又称黄瓜醇。带生草气味的液体。沸点95.5~100℃(1.466kPa)。密度0.8604g/cm3。折射率1.4598。经CrO3氧化则成为2,6-壬二烯醛。存在于黄瓜及紫罗兰的精油中。由1,6-壬二烯-3-醇与三溴化磷作用成1-溴-2,6-壬二烯,与苯甲酸银作用成酯,最后经皂化制成。作为高级香料,赋予紫罗兰香气。其衍生物:α-萘基脲烷,熔点73~74℃。脲羰基乙酸酯,熔点145~148℃。
