性质:化工生产中常用的一类传质设备。外形为圆柱形,按塔内结构分为填料塔和板式塔两类。填料塔又称填充塔,塔内堆放填料(各种形状的固体物,用于增加两相流体间的面积,增强两相间的传质),用于吸收、蒸馏、萃取等,也可用于接触式换热、增湿和气、液相反应过程。填料塔结构简单,便于用耐腐蚀材料制造,操作方便,阻力较小,适用于小直径的场合。板式塔易在塔内放置若干层塔板,按塔板结构不同,分成泡罩塔、浮阀塔、筛板塔、浮舌塔等。塔内的塔板作为气、液两相接触传质的基本构件。气、液两相在塔内进行逐级接触,其组成沿塔高呈阶梯式变化,故板式塔是分级接触传质设备。用途与填料塔相同。塔式反应器应用于氨、氯化氢、甲醇、尿素等的合成中,石油化工中用于重油加氢等。
