性质:水溶液电解槽的一类。在阴阳两极空间用多孔隔板(隔膜)隔开,以阻止两极溶液的互相混合,但并不妨碍离子的运动和电流的通过。用于电解饱和食盐水溶液时,多以石墨为阳极,铁为阴极,石棉绒制成隔膜。根据隔膜网的安装地位,可分为立式和卧式两种。立式又可分为长方形(近立方体)和圆形两种。长方形的有虎克型电解槽等,圆形的有克利布斯电解槽等。卧式的有比利特尔-西门子电解槽等。其中应用较广的是虎克型电解槽。隔膜式电解槽的投资较低,操作简单,不需用水银,槽电压较低,但碱液浓度不及用水银电解槽制得的高。由于经济原因,大多数隔膜电解槽经过技术改造,仍将继续采用。但新建的氯碱生产装置一般将采用离子膜电解槽。
