性质:泛指塑料在熔融温度以下,至少低于熔点10~20℃,塑料尚处于固态时所进行的一类成型方法。其最大优点是节省能量。对于非结晶型塑料来说,把在玻璃化温度以上、熔点以下的高弹区域内进行的成型加工,称为热成型;把在玻璃化温度以下进行的成型加工称为冷成型或室温成型。也可以指结晶型塑料的固态挤出、固态压延等成型方法,可以得到晶体细化和高度取向的制品。
