电视接收机图像边缘呈现一重或多重淡影的干扰形式。产生重影的原因主要是山或建筑物对电磁波的反射，造成有时间差的多径接收；其次是天线系统的阻抗失配，使电波在较长馈线上多次反射。克服这种干扰的办法是采用方向性好的天线并架设在四周较开阔的场所，使用合乎规格的天线馈线和接头等。一般在楼群中，共用天线系统对解决重影干扰是经济有效的。还有一些方法尚处于研究之中，如在反射墙上涂电波吸收体，或电视接收机中采用电路抵消法，包括在电视接收机中用数字化处理技术以消除重影和其他干扰。
